KEY ACTIVE INGREDIENTS

SQUALANE (Olive-derived): Squalane is a natural plant-based oil which closely resembles the structure of the skins own sebum. It is super-hydrating, a powerful emollient and it does not clog your pores or cause breakouts. It is excellent for dry skin, sensitive skin and skin prone to acne, psoriasis, eczema and rosacea as it is non-irritating and hypoallergenic.

PUMPKIN SEED OIL: Cold-pressed pumpkin seed oil, packed with natural vitamins, minerals and skin-loving fatty acids. Naturally rich in Vitamin A, C & D and packed with magnesium & zinc. Intensely moisturising, nourishing and helps enhance and repair the skins natural defence barrier. Magnesium & zinc are vital for new skin cell growth, so pumpkin seed oil promotes repair and regeneration of the skin.

CALENDULA OIL: Extracted from the flower and seed of the calendula plant. It is a potent, natural anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal, antioxidant and it limits the loss of moisture from the skin. It soothes irritation and reduces redness, irritation and soreness. It is the perfect tonic for skin conditions like eczema, psoriasis, rosacea and helps soothe and heal nappy rash, surface wounds and dermatitis.

Fast absorbing and light, this balm can help soothe irritation, hydrate dry skin, minimise moisture loss by reinforcing your skins natural moisture barrier, even your skin tone and brighten your complexion and keep skin soft, supple and encourage the skins natural repair mechanism.

Excellent for use to help alleviate the symptoms of eczema and psoriasis and gentle enough to use on baby skin too. The balm does not form a heavy layer on the skin (like other emollients and aqueous creams), it forms a gentle, protecting barrier that still allows the skin to breathe.

Comes in a large 100g size (plastic-free) tin, so will last much longer than water-containing alternatives. A little goes a very long way!

As this product is made from completely natural plant-based oils, butters and waxes there may be some variation in the colour and appearance of the balm. This is normal and to be expected with a natural product.

BABASSU OIL: A natural anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and anti-microbial - this trio of benefits make it the perfect tonic for eczema, psoriasis and rosacea-prone skin. Highly moisturising and keeps the skin packed full of hydration. Babassu oil is super-fast absorbing, non-comedogenic and non-greasy, non-sticky and not heavy on the skin.

PUMPKIN SEED OIL: Non-comedogenic, rich in Vitamins C, A, B2 & B3, zinc, magnesium, and potassium. Pumpkin seed oil can help keep the skin soft, healthy, hydrated, and boosts collagen production and increases the production of new skin cells. Excellent oil for very dry, mature, or inflamed/irritated skin.

CALENDULA OIL: Calendula is a soothing, anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial, antioxidant extract from the calendula flower. Calendula reduces sensitivity, soothes irritation, hydrates and softens the skin. Perfect for promoting healing and regeneration and for use on eczema-prone, very dry, irritated, psoriasis and acne-prone skin.

ARNICA OIL: Arnica has been used for centuries to help relieve aches, pains, strains, burns and wounds. It has been shown to help calm irritation, soothe sore and damaged skin, promote and accelerate healing and repair and reduce swelling and puffiness. Arnica is excellent for ultra-sensitive skin and perfect to for when the skin needs a bit of extra TLC.

CARROT SEED OIL: Promotes regeneration and repair of the skin helping to combat the visible signs of aging. A potent anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and can help smoothe the skin, even out the skin-tone, and reduce the visible appearance of scars and blemishes.

Butyrospermum Parkii Butter - Shea Butter. Ours is organic, un-refined and we proudly get ours from a woman-owned and run co-operative in Ghana. Packed with skin loving fatty acids and antioxidants. It relieves dry skin, eases irritation, can help prevent skin damage and increases the production of new skin cells. It is non-comedogenic so does not clog the pores.

Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter - organic, unrefined and fair trade. Cocoa butter is rich in fatty acids and phytochemicals and phytosterols which can minimise oxidative damage, help minimise and reverse sun damage and promote the regeneration of skin cells. It softens skin, smooths wrinkles and fine lines and can reduce the appearance of scars and blemishes.

Orbignya Oleifera (Babassu) Seed Oil - Babassu oil. From the Babassu palm native to South America. Ours is unrefined, organic and from Fair Trade growers. An excellent, non-comedogenic alternative to coconut oil. A powerful emollient that gives an intense hit of moisturisation to the skin without feeling heavy or greasy.

Isoamyl Laurate - Isoamyl laurate is a light, highly spreadable, non-oily, silky emollient for all kinds of skincare, colour cosmetic, and hair care applications. It is an ester made from isoamyl alcohol and lauric acid (a naturally occurring fatty acid that is found in many plant-derived oils like coconut oil and murumuru butter. It is natural. It softens the skin and leaves is hydrated and supple.

Cucurbita Pepo (Pumpkin) Seed Oil - Unrefined, cold-pressed, organic pumpkin seed oil. Non-comedogenic, non-irritating and gentle. Very rich in Vitamin A, Vitamins B2 & B3, Potassium & Zinc. Pumpkin seed oil can help promote regeneration and repair, smooth fine lines and wrinkles, hydrate and nourish the skin and promote healing. Perfect for use on eczema, psoriasis and rosacea prone skin.

Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil - unrefined, cold-pressed sunflower seed oil is non-comedogenic (it can actually help unclog pores!) richly moisturising and nourishing. It can soothe irritation and helps even out skin tone.

Squalane - an oil-like fatty acid from olives Squalane is a superfood for the skin. It is intensely moisturising, a potent antioxidant and can help neutralise UV damage and prevent acne. Squalane can minimise fine lines, wrinkles and reduce the appearance of pores and keeps the skin conditioned.

Cannabis Sativa Seed Oil - Hempseed oil. Hemp seed oil contains omega-6 fatty acids that contain anti-inflammatory properties and can soothe eczema, acne and skin after shaving. Helps repair sun damage. It also helps to reduce UV damage and hyperpigmentation of the skin.

Euphorbia Cerifera Cera - Candelilla Wax is reputed to help reduce the appearance of stretch marks as well as the signs of aging, such as wrinkles and age spots. Furthermore, it is said to hydrate parched and scaly skin for enhanced smoothness.

Cetyl Alcohol - Another coconut oil-derived fatty acid. Works as an emollient, moisturising and softening your skin.

Maranta Arundinacea Root Powder - Arrowroot powder is a natural humectant, which means that it attracts and retains moisture. This makes it an ideal ingredient for people with dry or sensitive skin. Arrowroot powder can help to soothe and hydrate the skin, and it can also help to reduce irritation and redness.

Arnica Montana Flower Oil - oil from the Arnica flower. Arnica is widely used to help promote healing, reduce irritation and inflammation and is a super potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory. Perfect for helping heal and repair skin that has eczema, rosacea, psoriasis and other dry, irritated skin conditions.

Calendula Officinalis Flower Oil - Oil from the Calendula flower. It is a powerful antioxidant and has proven skin soothing and skin calming benefits. It can help soothe irrtation, sore skin and reduce redness and itching. It also has antimicrobial properties making it great to help heal eczema, psoriasis and rosacea prone skin.

Beta-Carotene (Carrot Seed Oil) - Carrot seed oil is high in antioxidants, which can help protect the skin from free radical damage. It can also help to moisturise the skin and smooth out fine lines and wrinkles. Carrot seed oil can also be used to soothe and heal dry, irritated, or inflamed skin.

Tocopherol - Natural vitamin E. An antioxidant that helps promote healing and repair.
